Balance Beam
The report, in the form of a tree diagram, shows areas that indicate a gap (red branches) and areas that indicate developed (green branches).
This feature provides the means to track each respondent’s progress and see who has completed the assessment and who needs to be given a gentle nudge. Simply click on the respondent’s email address and send a message.
The report shows the raw data scores providing further analysis of the data.
Comparative (Benchmark) Report
The report shows the benchmark score compared to the aggregate scores of all respondent. Positive number indicate member’s exceeded expectations, negative number indicate member’s fall short of expectations.
The system allows respondents the opportunity to enter verbatim feedback providing a means of gathering authentic perceptions and insights.
