About the Platform
The platform and its unique features provide you the ability to easily manage and administer the diagnostic inventories from setup, data analysis, and workshop delivery.
 
Individual Component
Individual respondents conduct the assessment using a dual rating scale of importance and  effectiveness, with areas for verbatim responses.  Additional features include areas for input and feedback for identifying and linking expression of the competencies in the workplace, and for future development and action planning.
 
Administrative Component
Through the administrative function, managers and facilitators setup and provide respondents with access to the selected assessments.  At your option, managers and facilitators can set expectations (benchmark) for the overall group’s level of performance using an expectation scale.  Managers and facilitators have access to detailed guides, helps, and resources in the manager toolkit.

Using the results and outcomes for performance improvement
The Raw Data Report tabulates the scores from each individual respondent and sums the total for each of the scale labels, such as Not Important, Somewhat Important, Important, Very Important, and Essentially Important, within each category.  
 
The Gap Analysis Report shows the average scores of the respondents and indicates the results as a perception of the importance of the competency to performance.  
 
The Comparative Report compares the manager’s or facilitator’s rating of expectations with the respondents summative evaluation of effectiveness and calculates the variance. 
 
Tracking and evaluation for individuals
Individuals can track their assessments by logging into their My Competencies page and manage their site by assessment name, assessment ID number, team or group name, date loaded, date completed, get report, view report, and evaluate.  By clicking on the Evaluate link, users can evaluate their assessment experience by completing a survey.
 
Tracking and evaluation for managers and facilitators
Managers and facilitators can track the group’s assessment progress and aggregated results by logging into their Managers page.  The group report is accessible by providing those you wish to see the report with a View Report ID number.  This number, when entered by the individual users in their My Competencies page, will give them access to view the group report. The system also generates a report of the completed individual evaluations for analysis and insight. 
 
Delivery platform
The platform capability is delivered to the desktop by means of a portal platform.  The organization’s site can accommodate your logo and your look and feel.  Users, both individuals, managers and facilitators, log on to the system and create their own passwords for navigation.  Instructions, helps, and support information are provided on the user’s home page.  
 
System administration
There are no administrative requirements for either the organization or the users.  Forgotten passwords, triggered by the user clicking on Forgot Your Password?  are automatically reset and notification sent via email.  Technical support contact numbers direct the users to our telephone number and email address.
