About the Ryan Group

The Ryan Group (RGi), formed in 1981, is a distinct firm of highly accomplished professionals comfortable in an environment defined by innovation, complexity, and rigorous intellectual challenge and capability.

RGi’s areas of expertise encompass contemporary and classical theories of personality, personality development, and concepts used in understanding personality and behavior, including the critical analysis of social influences on behavior, the nature of attitudes and values, social interaction, group dynamics, conformity, and leadership. RGi has conducted numerous psychological-based studies including physiological, perception, motivation, learning, personality, and social behaviors. We have developed an in-depth understanding of human behavior and experience, and its expression in the organization setting. More than 350,000 have taken our assessments.

Our psychometric and behavioral assessment instruments have undergone independent review for

  • Validity and reliability and have met all industry standards, including adequacy of the items
  • Theoretical framework of the intended measures
  • Statistical difference among each of the types for establishing discriminant separation
  • Stability of the inventory over time
  • Statistical convergence and divergence of each behavior scale
  • Measuring of the theoretical construct

The Ryan Group's CenterMark, MatchPoint, and WorkingStyles assessment instruments have been determined to be without bias across ethnic boundaries, gender, and age groups.  Review Project Lead, Professor Rodney Erakovich, Ph.D.

A key strength is our ability to conduct complex and challenging projects for our clients that achieve clear and lasting results.  This has been accomplished by growth that is due to both repeat clients, who know they can depend on us to deliver exceptional value, and new clients, who are attracted by our reputation for serving clients extraordinarily well.  Our many ongoing professional relationships allow us to continue this tradition.
