A secure portal platform for conducting the assessments with username and password.

Levels
There are four levels; silver, gold, platinum, and enterprise, from which to choose. 
 
Selection
You select which instruments appear on the menus in your administration system according to each level. 
 
Silver

For a total of 16
The number of participant/respondent seats included for this level is 100.

The cost for the Silver level system is $1,350.00.
You can purchase additional seats for $6.00 each.
 
Gold

For a total of 32
The number of participant/respondent seats included for this level is 300.

The cost for the Gold level system is $2,750.00
You can purchase additional seats for $5.50 each.

The number of participant/respondent seats included for this level is 500.

The cost for the Platinum level system is $4,250.00

Payment

Site Setup and Implementation
Your site setup and implementation is generally completed within four to five business days.  We work with you on the site branding and can customize it to match your website or other graphic designs. 
 
Refunds and Cancellation
There are no refunds or rebates for services or products in this program.
 
Single Use License
You may have a need to choose a single use license.  The cost is $500.00 setup and $15.00 for each respondent seat with a minimum of 10 seats.
 
Test and Pilot
With each level, you are provided with free seats to use in system test or pilots.

The Horizontal Diagnostics are ideal for getting a quick view of peoples perceptions, insight, and feedback.  Use them when working with team and leadership development, functional departments, business units, and across the organization.
