The RGi Learning Center is an online, web-based, digital library of situational training and development resources. Ready to plug-and-play, all resources are new and fresh—never before published.
On-Demand - The situational learning resources are available whether at the office, at home, or on the road. All you have to do is click, learn, apply. It's effective, powerful, and smart. Most titles are designed to be completed in about 2-hours. Longer subjects are presented in multiple volumes or as a series.
On-Time - The unique learner model delivers high-impact, high value, situational learning in the form of web-accessible resources. They are education-based and competency-based resources that are easy to use, relevant to today's fast-paced and complex business environment, and authored by thought leaders in their fields. Approximately 40 percent of our authors hold a Ph.D. and are seasoned published authors.
On-Target - The resource library covers today's essential categories with titles important for today's learner organization. A system license gives unlimited access, so you and your employees can access what you want . . . when you want it.
