Senior Executive Management Effectiveness Assessment
The Senior Executive Management Effectiveness assessment addresses four areas of management effectiveness including the following:

- Delivers timely and direct feedback that contributes to the ongoing development of the team and individual members
- Ensures that assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled in a timely, cost-effective way
4. Managing the Business
- Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of the economics of the firm and profitably manages engagements
