Manager Effectiveness Assessment
The Manager Effectiveness assessment addresses five areas of effectiveness including

- Communicating Effectively
- Providing well thought-out, concise and timely oral and written communication
- Being proficient in the available communication tools of the organization
- Supporting and facilitating knowledge sharing with peers
- Identifying, extracting and sharing relevant information from internal or external sources for use on projects
2. Developing Yourself and Others
- Initiating the goal setting process
- Effectively applying informal and formal engagement feedback to improve performance
- Actively participating in knowledge transfer for core competency skills
- Developing and evaluating individual development plans to meet professional development needs
3. Knowing the Organization
- Understanding the organization’s business plan and financial performance
- Demonstrating awareness and commitment including mission, business objectives, and core values
- Demonstrating knowledge of organization-wide products, tools and methodologies
4. Managing Work/Projects
- Describing the key components of a business/project plan
- Managing the relationship of own tasks to others in the overall project
- Working with limited direction and managing own time effectively
- Identifying opportunities to improve project efficiency
