  • Developing and evaluating individual development plans to meet professional development needs

3.  Knowing the Organization

  • Understanding the organization’s business plan and financial performance
  • Demonstrating awareness and commitment including mission, business objectives, and core values
  • Demonstrating knowledge of organization-wide products, tools and methodologies

4.  Managing Work/Projects

  • Describing the key components of a business/project plan
  • Managing the relationship of own tasks to others in the overall project
  • Working with limited direction and managing own time effectively
  • Identifying opportunities to improve project efficiency
